The fifth graders just returned yesterday from their week-long trip at Islandwood where they spent the majority of their time in project-based fieldwork and conducting scientific research. This year the Madrona K-8 staff is implementing an exciting new “Three-way Conference” format for parent-teacher conferences. The major difference is that now the student will be included in the conference in addition to the parent and the teacher.
